2018 02 13 Paint, Tile, Electric, Cleaning ..
Painting actually began a few weeks ago, and at this point almost essentially all of the house is primed, and some has finish paint. Tile work in the baths continues, electrical work continues. The house is extremely dusty from all the sheetrock and cedar ceiling work. All of the glass is extremely dirty. A crew will be in for the next few days to clean thouse from top to bottom.

2018 02 09 Gabion Walls, Sheetrock, Tile, Underneath ..
Gabion walls progress, sheetrock work is almost done, tile work progress in baths, and some more shots of all the systems under the floor..
Kitchen area. Kitchen island/counter ends at the fireplace block, about where the trashcan is now. The lower part of the floor will be concrete.

The two pumps for the ground source heat pump system will be in the open space to the left of the red valve assembly. These pumps will move the fluid that does the heat transfer in the heat pump. All of the copper pipe is part of that closed system.
2018 02 07 Gabion Walls, GSHP, Cabinets, Sheetrock, Cedar ceiling done ..
Work on gabion walls has progressed quite a bit, ground source heat pump plumbing is being installed, sheetrock work almost complete, and cedar ceiling is done. Garage door installed. Install of cabinetry begins.
