Work on the wood stairs proceeds, landscape work as well.
It is interesting to see all the fine work that goes into turning a rough out of level out of square rough staircase into a level square finish staircase. They did beautiful work.
There is a hatch inside the small door that goes "below decks" where all the HVAC and electrical gadgetry lives.
The landscape is still being roughed in, rocks moved around; the planters inside the gabion walls are being filled with dirt, and drip irrigation.
