One of the great things about this site is the expanse of horizon, and the ability to watch the weather. Most storms come in from the southwest, in the direction of the snowy peaks in the first photo. The most distant of those peaks is Mt. Rose, which got a huge amount of snow this winter, over 55 ft.
The last shot in this group shows insulation in the ceiling of the studio.
