The first of the glass arrives, large doors and related fixed panels, and some smaller windows, in the first of several loads.

I just like this shot of the east end of the house.  Nothing special going on here..

2017 03 18 Insulation (and weather .. )

One of the great things about this site is the expanse of horizon, and the ability to watch the weather.  Most storms come in from the southwest, in the direction of the snowy peaks in the first photo.  The most distant of those peaks is Mt. Rose, which got a huge amount of snow this winter, over 55 ft.

The last shot in this group shows insulation in the ceiling of the studio.

Insulation goes into/onto the roof.  In some of these shots you can see the fire sprinkler pipes, which are going to be hidden in the ceiling.
