At this point (almost) all of the glass is installed except the high pieces of glass on the south side of one of the bridges.  This will take a crane, which will be there sometime in not too long for a day of other roof related work.

I say almost because the high pieces on the west gable end of the house are being installed in this set of photos.

In the next few days the siding work will start, so all that black material will disappear, and the soffits will be closed in.  The wood that goes in the soffits will match the interior ceiling.

The first two photos are the high windows in the studio mezzanine.  The third and fourth photos are of the main living area.

 As you can see from the last three shots I have a hard time resisting the reflection of the horizon.

More progress, as on May 15 .. Last two photos are getting the high windows into the studio mezzanine area on the west end of the house.

More progress on the glass install, gabion walls on the north side of the house, and siding.  The black material is thick very sticky waterproofing that goes on the plywood sheathing and under the metal siding.

I like the way the horizon is reflected in the windows.  I had not expected this.
