2017 05 11 Glass Progress, Gabion Walls. Siding Prep ..
First three shots are of corrugated siding going on one of the south walls. This is being done to make verify the look in places where the siding abuts windows and makes corners. And it all looked good.. This siding will rust.
Next from shots are of window and gabion wall work on the north side. The rock pile is getting smaller. So far all the walls have been made of rock dug from the site.
Taken from across the ravine south of the house. This is on a trail in a county park. The gaps in the roof will be "filled" with aluminum louvers.

More progress on the north side windows, the gabion walls on the north side. Work starts on the waterproofing that goes under the metal siding. That is the black material seen in the next photo, and seen again being attached to wall.
Next shot is some of the windows on the north side.
Next two are gabion wall on north side of house.

All of the windows were installed on the south side of the house at the end of the day today. Windows on the north side are in progress. The windows at the east and west gable ends will probably be last.
Next two shots are the main living area of the house.
