2017 06 15 Siding Progress, Pool Concrete ..
Siding progress, and some more concrete poured around the pool.
All of the "raw" areas outside the gabion walls around the perimeter of the house will all be restored to the high desert landscape seen further away. They are doing a great job minimizing the impact on the desert around the house.
2017 06 09 Siding Progress ..
More progress attaching the corrugated siding. This is all cold rolled steel and will slowly rust.
2017 06 02 Glass Progress, Gabion Walls. Siding Starts ..
The last few pieces of glass are going in. (Almost. The glass on the south side of one of the "bridges" [connectors between parts of the house] will require a crane, which will be on the site later for some other roof work.)
The gabion wall on the north side of the house is almost done.
And the metal siding for starts, on the west end of the house. This corrugated siding will rust over time.
